94th Annual Town Tournament
All Events must have a minimum of 4 singles or 4 team entries to run. You may enter events for both weekends. A maximum of 2 events the 1st weekend. The Tournament will be held at the Packer-Ellis Clay Courts. In case of bad weather, some matches may be moved to the Winchester Indoor Lawn Tennis Center

Eligibility:
- WTA membership required ($25/single, $40/family)
- Current / former Winchester resident OR Winchester town employee OR Packer Ellis season pass holder
- High School Age or Older

Fees
- WTA (events organizer) – $15 per event per person
- If you are NOT a Packer Ellis season pass holder, you must purchase a weekend tournament pass, $30.
- Registration must be received before 7:00 pm, on Wednesday September 6th for the first weekend events and 7:00pm on Wednesday Septemner 13th for the second weekend.
Rules of Play
- Each participant / team must bring regular duty balls to each match
- Match winners keep the unused can of balls
- Play is best 2 out of 3 sets
- Play ads out
- play a SET tiebreaker if 6-6 ( first to 7 points win by 2 )
- play MATCH tiebreak at 1-1 in sets ( first to 10 points win by 2 )
- play a FULL set for the MATCH tiebreaker for semis & finals
- Players should arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled match time.
- Players arriving 15 minutes after scheduled time may forfeit the match.
Schedule
- Brackets will be posted on this web site on Thursday morning.
- Matches may start on Friday, at 5:30 PM depending on number of teams registered.
- Please be aware if you select to participate in 2 events on the 1st wknd, you may need to play up to 2 rounds in each event on Saturday.
